Privacy Policy
Skoon never asks for your name or email to use the app. App data stays on your paired devices and is not uploaded to Skoon’s servers. “World Pulse” uses the network to show public activity, as explained below.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for ads or tracking. There are no advertising-analytics tools in the app or on this site.
- We do not upload your voice recordings, your worship record, or your Skoon Voiceprint to Skoon’s server. App data may sync between your paired devices so features work.
- We do not send precise GPS coordinates to the World Pulse server. Cloudflare infers the country, the city, and an approximate city-level position from the internet connection.
World Pulse
“World Pulse” sends limited public activity data, such as a count and an event type, and may add a flag that a tasbeeh was by voice or tied to the heartbeat. It never sends the recording, your private dhikr text, your heart-rate number, or your prayer record.
Cloudflare processes the connection data needed to run the service and to infer the country and city approximately. Activity appears with no name, no account, and no precise GPS location, and is kept as limited public statistics.
What is kept on your devices
Skoon keeps your settings, your worship record, and the data needed for the features you choose on your devices. This data may sync between your paired devices, without being uploaded to Skoon’s server.
The app may keep limited local data to restore sessions and improve performance. Apple backups may include ordinary app data, per your settings and Apple’s policy.
The microphone and Skoon Voiceprint
Skoon offers optional voice features. The microphone is used only after your consent, and voice data stays on your paired devices and is never sent to Skoon’s server. You can manage or delete it in Settings → Sound & Privacy → Voice Data.

Every permission is optional: Skoon works without it, and you can withdraw it any time from your device settings.
Children
The app requires no account, and we do not knowingly collect identifying data from children under thirteen. The notify form on this site is not directed at them — if a child’s email reaches us, we delete it.
The getskoon.app website
This site uses no cookies and no advertising-analytics tools. Some “World Pulse” elements send public activity to the server as explained above, with no name and no account.
The product-availability notify form
The form lets you ask to be notified when Skoon reaches new platforms, and collects only the information you enter yourself.

- What is processed technically: Cloudflare processes the network address and the connection data needed to serve the form and protect it from abuse, per its policy.
- Where it is kept: On our service hosted with Cloudflare. We never sell it or use it for ads.
- Why we use it: For the launch message alone. No ads, no periodic updates, no other mailing lists.
- When it is deleted: At your request, or once the form’s purpose has ended.
Service providers
We use Apple’s services to run the app and the features you choose, and Cloudflare to host the site, “World Pulse,” and the notify form. We use no advertising services, and we never sell your data or share it for tracking.
Your rights
Local app data is in your hands. To delete Skoon’s record, delete the app from the watch and the iPhone. Deleting the watch app alone does not delete the copy on the iPhone, and prayer workouts saved in Apple Health remain until you delete them from the Health or Fitness app.
And if you have written in the form, you may request a copy of what we hold, a correction, or full deletion. Write to privacy@getskoon.app from the same email address, and we carry it out within days.
Changes to this policy
If we add a feature that changes anything above, we will update this page and its date before shipping it — not after.
